Magic Memories, experts in creating and distributing personalized content for the attractions industry, has announced a new partnership with SlotZilla, the world’s ultimate zipline, to increase the overall guest experience by capturing attraction-goers in the midst of their adrenaline-filled zipline adventure above Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas.

SlotZilla is the world’s largest slot machine-inspired zip line attraction and features Las Vegas icons such as over-sized dice, a martini glass, pink flamingos and coins. By partnering with Magic Memories, SlotZilla is able to provide guests with a range of dynamic images and video content that will allow them to instantly relive their sky-high adventures like never before.

Whether it’s new images created from the Magic Memories’ Skycam experience, located at the zipline entrance, or videos from its automated capture technology located throughout the ride, guests can easily access these fun-filled memories via modern new touch screen kiosks, and via their mobile phone using Magic Memories’ mobile platform, MyMemories, and instantly share their experiences with friends and family on social media.

In order to maximise the experience, SlotZilla visitors are given the opportunity to purchase additional ticket packages which will include their digital photos, and/or their automated video products.

“SlotZilla is a completely unique and thrilling attraction that allows guests to see downtown Las Vegas like never before. With so many great photo opportunities throughout the attraction, there was a clear opportunity to further enhance the customer experience to ensure guests get access to images and videos they wouldn’t be able to capture themselves,” explains Magic Memories’ Mike Weber, VP Sales, North America.”

“By thoroughly understanding Slotzilla’s goals for the guest experience, plus for the brand, we are able to create content that will really surprise and delight guests. Getting this mix right, along with new ticketing initiatives will enable much higher guest participation, increased sharing of the Slotzilla brand through social channels and the ability to create new revenue streams that we were previously unable to unlock.”

“By partnering with Magic Memories, we will be able to provide keepsakes as unique as our attraction. We’re especially excited by MyMemories, the Magic Memories mobile platform, as it will allow our guests the chance to instantly share their experience with friends and family,” explains Patrick Hughes, President and CEO of Fremont Street Experience.
