Magic Memories, experts in creating and distributing personalized content for the attractions industry, has announced its continued investment and growth across North America with nine partner re-signs in the last three months, including Jelly Belly, Merlin Orlando, NASCAR Hall of Fame and Houston Aquarium.

Fundamental to that growth is the ability to design and deliver experiences that can successfully engage guests all over the world. Over the last year, Magic Memories has continued to heavily invest in technological innovation right across the guest journey in order to keep up with the latest consumer trends and demand for new, engaging content that will surprise and delight guests.

As part of this, Magic Memories launched MyMemories, a mobile platform designed to enhance the digital guest experience while significantly increasing engagement and revenue streams for its partners. By giving guests the option to further engage with digital products at a later date – and not limiting transactions to on-site only – Magic Memories’ partners have been able to address a significantly larger audience for longer.

Magic Memories is working with partners across North America and the rest of the world to boost meaningful engagement with guests before, during and long after they have left. Content is king, and by providing more intuitive and engaging experiences to guests that also creates new content, partners will benefit from new revenue streams, increased guest engagement and significant social sharing of their brand.

“We’re delighted to have seen such a high number of extended partnerships in North America across the last three months. This really proves the importance of continued investment into new products and technologies to create a platform that meets the needs of guests, today and into the future,” explains Magic Memories’ CEO, Chris Warhurst.

“By thoroughly understanding our partners’ goals for the guest experience, as well as the brand, we are able to create compelling, engaging content that will really surprise guests. By getting this mix right, our partners are able to benefit from much higher guest participation, increased social sharing of the brand and the ability to create new revenue streams like never before.”
